Walking for Dementia Christmas Walk & Party 2019
Join the Walking For Dementia team and colleagues from Llandudno Hospital for a fun, festive walk and celebration!.
The Full walk (16 miles) starts from Prestatyn Nova at 09:00. Party at the Rhos Fynach, Rhos on Sea from 16:30. You can also join the walk from Rhyl, Pensarn or Old Colwyn, or just join us for the party.
Please register in advance, either using the form below or at Llandudno Hospital General Office.
Entertainment in the Rhos Fynach plus prizes for the best Christmas Jumper or Festive Fancy Dress Costume!
Cost: £10 for full Walk & Party (£5 for party only)
Price includes soup & chunky chip bap at the Rhos Fynach!
Money raised will go towards improving projects and facilities at Llandudno Hospital for people & families affected by dementia.
