#TeamIrfon Pier to Pier Swim 2022
Since 2014, the #TeamIrfon swim has raised over £20,000 for the North Wales Cancer Care Fund to help improve cancer care across North Wales. This year, we are back for another Pier to Pier swim to raise money for a cooling cap for Alaw Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd!
The Pier to Pier swim is taking place on Saturday 10th September 2022, with timings to be confirmed, and simmers will go from Beaumaris Pier to Bangor Pier in a 2 mile swim.
The swim should only be undertaken by proficient swimmers who have experience of open water swimming, but anyone can take part in cheering the swimmers on from Bangor Pier.
Please note, all swimmers must register to take part in this event and all must agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. All swimmers under the age of 18 must have parental consent to take part.
