Did you know?

Awyr Las is the North Wales NHS Charity. Awyr Las funds enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Gifts from the public make a huge difference to the care and treatment that our dedicated NHS staff are able to provide.

Awyr Las is offering a 50% discount on race entry, making it just £20 to secure your place on the starting line. We simply ask that runners with a charity place pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £250.

Places are very limited. First come, first served!

Where will my sponsorship go?

The money you raise can go towards any fund, ward, department, service or project within the Awyr Las Charity. This means you can run to raise money to benefit a cause you really care about.

Some of the Awyr Las funds support:

  • Patients and families affected by cancer
  • Children receiving mental health support
  • People living with dementia
  • People affected by stroke
  • People affected by limb loss

There are over 400 funds within Awyr Las, so no whichever area of healthcare is closest to your heart, you can make a difference with the North Wales NHS Charity.

Worried you won’t make the target?

No need! We understand that fundraising can be a challenge, and sometimes it's hard to know where to start. When you register for your charity place with Awyr Las, the support team will send you a free fundraising pack, which includes tips on raising money and a charity t-shirt. We'll also be with you every step of the way - you can contact us any time via social media, and call or email us Monday - Friday.
